Just saw the new Timbaland video, and it occurred to me. The dude is pretty much running the music scene right now.

Think about it. JT is probably the biggest star in music right now, and if you can read body language at all, he is clearly Robin to Timba's Batman.

He also took Nelly Furtado, arguably the top female artist right now, from her cute "Fly Like a Bird" phase to the current international sexbomb and "Maneater".

PS: In totally unrelated news, Lily Allen's track "Smile" really makes me...um, well.... smile with the rather cute and innocuous, yet evil lyrics. Oh, and she's also adorable and British.

PPS: In other news... do you think JT is going for his "Thriller" moment with the "What goes around...." video? Hard to think otherwise....
