Pledge Update

I've made two little announcements in the last couple of months, and since I haven't really spoken about either, I thought I'd update you on how things are going.

First, no... I haven't watched American Idol, and I have no plans to until I hear that Sanjaya has been eliminated, which I don't expect to happen anytime soon, as I hear Howard Stern has his fans actively voting for him, and seeing as Howard's listeners have swung two elections in New York (one mayoral and one gubernatorial, unless I'm mistaken), I kinda see this as child's play... the dude might fucking win, which almost makes me sick...... [holy run-on sentence Batman!]

And as for the other promise, I have held firm since whenever it was in mid-February when I decided that I wasn't going to even casually smoke anymore. And really, the fact that I can't even tell you what day exactly, just that is was sometime during the week following my friend's bday on the 10th should say something pretty strong about my level of non-addiction.
