Ah! Fresh air!

So this past Sunday, the band practiced outside for the first time.

It was about 25º in TO, and I got a little pink in the process, but it was great. And also the first sign that the competition season isn't too far off.

The second sign is that we're starting Thursday practices tonight. And, for the second year running, I'm going to get to miss the last few episodes of one of my favourite shows. In fact, fucking Thursday practices are the reason I mostly watched Seinfeld and Friends in re-runs.... I was never home all through high school! (I was with a band that had practices on Thursdays throughout the year, rather than the typical Sundays I've now grown accustomed to)

Let me just give Cheers a retroactive shake of the fist for making Thursdays a premium TV night...
